Staff comments

The Arabic project title is حكومى بشأن مشروع امداد معدات مياه واليتى كسال والبحر االحم. Because the GCL was ratified in early 2012, the loan agreement itself was likely signed in 2011 or even earlier. Therefore, AidData codes the commitment year as 2011 and checks the Year Uncertain box for now. This project is separate from Record ID#56605. The former takes place in Kassala and Red Sea and the latter is in Gezira (or Al Jazirah).
