The Arabic project title is الخط الناقل الجموعية – بانت This loan is not included in the database of Chinese loan commitments that SAIS-CARI released in July 2020. AidData did not find any evidence as to when the loan agreement was actually signed. Therefore, the commitment year is coded as 2007 for now to match the year when works began.
