Project narrative

On June 27, 2014, China Ministry of Culture and Myanmar Ministry of Culture signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the reciprocal establishment of cultural centers. An agreement was signed formally in 2015. The opening ceremony was held on November 19, 2017, and the center was open to public in 2018.
