Project narrative

On November 24, 2006, the Chinese government signed an 80 million RMB grant agreement with the government of Pakistan, which allocated 60 million RMB to the construction of a hospital and a school in Baffa (captured in #55836) and 20 million to emergency flood relief in 2010. This project captures the 20 million RMB component of the grant.
