In 2017, the Chinese Government provides a grant for the provision and distribution of 5000 tons of rice to the Government of Burundi.

In 2018, the Chinese Government also provided an RMB 50 million grant for the provision and distribution of 5000 tons of rice (see Record ID#73420). The exact monetary value of the 2017 donation is unknown, but it was likely around RMB 50 million.
