Project narrative

In 2000, CNPC AktobeMunaiGas (CNPC AMG), a Kazakhstan-based subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation, set aside $1 million USD in a special education fund for students in Aktobe. The foundation has financed the studies of 65 Kazakhstani students in Chinese universities and 11 in Kazakhstani and Russian universities.
