Project status was coded as "Completion" because it is evident that the funds were totally disbursed to the fund. AidData has assumed that "set aside" meant donated/granted; the language implies that this money went towards a scholarship fund, meaning that it was not a scholarship itself. Therefore, the flow type was coded as "Grant." "Year uncertain" was checked because it is not confirmed that this donation was committed to in 2000.
