Project narrative

In 2006, China granted a Rice and Vegetable cooperation project (or Rice Planting Technical Cooperation Project) to Vanuatu. The status and project worth are unclear. By 2008, the Vanuatu Ministry of Agriculture stated that Chinese rice experts have successfully cultivated two dry-season rice varieties, SB2 and CDR3.
