In 2019, the Chinese Government committed to contribute USD $5 million to the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe’s 2019 State Budget. The umbrella Record ID#55639 relates this USD $5 million contribution to a larger USD $38 million pledge of general budget support by the Chinese government to STP made in 2017.
