Staff comments

Sources in Russian report that CNPC AMG spent ₸125 million KZT on this project, while CNPC sources in English and Chinese report the $793,100 USD figure. AidData has coded the latter as the transaction amount. "Year uncertain" box was checked because it is not confirmed that this flow was committed to in 2006. "Project status" was coded as "Completion" because it is clear that all Chinese financing was disbursed.
