Project narrative

On March 27, 2017, the Chinese government granted 1.5 million USD in disaster relief funds to the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to help provide support to and aid reconstruction efforts in areas severely affected by recent floods. The areas primarily affected were located in the north of the country, including Piura and Trujillo.
