Project narrative

On December 16, 2017, the Chinese Government and the Government of the Republic of Congo signed a grant agreement for the Civil Aviation Institute at Denis Sassou Nguesso University Construction Project. This project involves the construction of a civil aviation institute at the Denis Sassou Nguesso University in the town of Kintélé. The grant was worth XAF 8.5 billion. To support the grant, China Development Bank and the Congolese Sinking Fund will open an assistance account.
