On October 14, 2015, Chinese Ambassador to Vanuatu Xie Bohuawa saw off students to the 2015 Vanuatu Public Administration Officials Seminar in Beijing. Mr. Erva, the head of the training department of the Vanuatu Civil Service Bureau, led the training, and 20 trainees participated. It was taught in French.
