Project narrative

On December 14, 2000, the governments of China and Peru signed an agreement to committing to a Cultural Exchange Program for the period of 2001-2003. Part of this program included the provision, by the Chinese government, of ten comprehensive scholarships per year over this period. The scholarships would be for advanced and postgraduate studies.
