Description

On April 19, 2007, in accordance with an agreement signed on June 23, 2006, China handed over anti-malaria drugs worth 2 million RMB to the Uganda Ministry of Health. The anti-malaria drugs were provided by Beijing Holley-Cotec Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. Between 2007 and 2009, the Chinese government donated anti-malaria medicine worth US$500,000 per annum through the ministry of health.
