Project narrative

On October 20, 2009, the Chinese Government and the Government of Romania signed an RMB 5 million grant agreement. The grant proceeds were to be used to support the agricultural sector and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It is unclear whether and when this grant was implemented.
