Project narrative

On December 28, 2015, the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Macedonia Wen Zhenshun and Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Besimi signed two Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreements (ETCAs), which committed grant funding for a Confucius Institute Building Construction Project and several other projects (see Record ID#42914). However, there is no evidence that this grant commitment has resulted in the implementation of a project.
