Chinese Government provides grant — via ETCA — for provision of two MRI scanners

Project narrative

On May 14, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Belarus signed letters of exchange, which committed grant funding for the provision of two permanent-magnet magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners. The grant proceeds were drawn from an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that the parties signed on September 18, 2011.
