China Ministry of Commerce provides RMB 10 million grant for provision of telecommunication equipment to Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine (Linked to Project ID#66399)

On March 30, 2015, the Chinese Government and the Government of Ukraine signed letters of exchange, which committed RMB 10 million grant funding for the provision of telecommunication equipment to Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development. This project was funded with the grant proceeds from an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) that the two governments signed on October 30, 2006 (captured in Project ID#66399). Although the project was completed, its precise project implementation start and end dates are unknown.
