Project narrative

In 2015, the Chinese Government and the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) signed an exchange of letters, which committed grant funding for the Artificial Turf Project. The monetary value of this grant commitment is unknown. The project involved the provision and installation of artificial turf at a set of stadiums in Palestine. On July 7, 2017, the Chinese Government officially completed and handed over the project to the local authorities.
