Project narrative

On October 31, 2018, the China Merchants Charitable Foundation (CMCF) donated transportation vehicles, trucks, excavators, and water management equipment worth $350,000 USD to Djibouti's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to alleviate water shortage issues for farmers and herdsmen in the Obock Region of Djibouti. The donation was also intended to improve Djibouti's cope with climate change.
