In 2016, Acleda Bank entered into a $15,000,000 loan agreement for a line of credit with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited - Phnom Penh Branch. $10 million USD was drawn down on November 1, 2016, and the remaining $5 million USD was drawn down on February 27, 2017. The maturity date is November 1, 2019 for the first draw-down and February 27, 2020 for the second draw-down, giving a 3 year maturity period. The loan was repaid in full on its maturity date, and its purpose was not specified.
