According to Chinese Government reporting to the World Food Program’s International Food Aid Information System (INTERFAIS), the Chinese Government donated and delivered 15,998 metric tons (in two batches of 8713 tons and 7285 tons) of pulses to North Korea in 2002. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
