Project narrative

In 2019, the Government of China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement with Sao Tome and Principe to finance the operation and maintenance service on the Santo Amaro 1 Power Station. The project will be financed through regulated donations from China. The current status of the project is unknown.
