Project narrative

On November 5, 2019, the Chinese Government donated a primary school in the Illela Department to the Government of Niger. China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) was responsible for the construction of the school. The donation also included soccer balls (footballs). The school was expected to improve the local educational conditions.

Staff comments

The Chinese project title is 援尼小学校项目. It is unclear when Chinese Government committed to build the school. It is clear, however, that this project is distinct from the schools recorded in Record ID#58587, because those schools were completed years prior to the completion of this one.
