Project narrative

On December 16th, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Chad held a handover ceremony to celebrate its donation of music equipment to Chad's Ministry of Culture. Present at the ceremony were the Minister of Culture Alinger, Director-General Adum, and Ambassador to Chad Li Jinjin. The value of the transaction is unknown.
