Project narrative

On March 20, 2019 the Chinese Government awarded 47 scholarships to students at Nnamdi Azikiwe University as part of "October 1st Scholarship for China-Nigeria Friendship." The award was in honor of 48 years of China-Nigeria relations presented by the Chinese ambassador to Nigeria, Zhou Pingjian. Each award was worth 100,000 naira each and was presented to students in underrepresented fields.
