Project narrative

In 2018, the Chinese Government provided a loan for constructing 70 wells in North Kordofan State under the Zero Thirst Program. The face value and borrowing terms of this loan are unknown. The purpose of this program is to increase access to water in Sudan. Works were still in progress as of December 10, 2018.
