Staff comments
1. Chinese involvement in the founding of the Hungarian-Chinese Bilingual School is captured in Record ID#52752. 2. AidData has estimated the transaction amount for this donation based on price catalogues from the World Health Organization (WHO). Please see the TUFF Methodology for additional details. 3. A Chinese donation of 80,000 masks to the Hungarian Government in the same shipment is captured in Record ID#102194. It is possible that the Hungarian Government only received the 80,000 masks from the shipment and was not a recipient of the 15,000 KN95 masks, 41,000 surgical masks, and 300 protective suits. However, it is more likely that the Government of Hungary was also a recipient of some of these additional items and so it is included as a recipient on this project.
