On November 30, 2018, the Chinese handed over Benin Ministry of Foreign Affairs' new dining hall. On the same day, Chinese Ambassador Peng Jingtao (彭惊涛) and Beninese Foreign Minister Aurelien Agbenonci attended the ceremony. The commitment time of this project is unclear.
