Full Description

Project narrative

On October 19, 2018, a training course for Eritrean engineering and technical personnel concluded. Sichuan Road and Bridge Company, Sichuan University Jincheng College, and the Eritrean Ministry of Public Works assisted with the training. This course is one of four training courses sponsored by China in Eritrea in 2018. The start date for this course and number of participants is unknown. In 2018, China promised to provide 50,000 training opportunities in Africa.
