Project narrative

Prior to November 2012, the Chinese Government provided a 38.4 million rupee grant to the Government of Mauritius for the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development in Mahebourg. This grant was allocated for the 2013 fiscal budget (p. 109). It is unclear whether these funds were ever disbursed.
