Project narrative

On 24 June 2006, representatives of the Chinese Government and Government of Sudan signed the 2006-2008 Implementation Plan for the Cultural Cooperation Agreement. According to Section 4, Article 17 of this plan, China committed to offering up to 30 Chinese Government Scholarships per year to Sudanese young people for studying in China. The value of each scholarship is unknown.
