Project narrative

On January 22, 2018, Counselor Yang Xiaolan visited the Lomé Community Vocational Training Center in Togo to meet Togolese trainees who participated in a sewing and embroidery skills training course in China. At the event, the Counselor Xiaolan presented the trainees with electric sewing machines and other equipment on behalf of the Chinese Embassy. The monetary amount for the donation was not specified.
