Project narrative

On March 8, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Tang Weibin, was invited to visit Saoundi Village in the suburb of Bouaké to inspect the village’s livelihood infrastructure. Ambassador Tang also visited the local primary school, medical office, youth home, and other public facilities accompanied by Diabat, and donated antimalarial drugs to the village medical office. The monetary value of the donation is not known.
