On November 7, 2019, Ambassador Van Li and Minister of National Education Kamala of Côte d’Ivoire attended the “Chinese Ambassador Scholarship” award ceremony at Abidjan Yobugun Girls’ High School. Scholarships worth 6 million CFA were awarded to girls from the Abidjan Yobugun Girls’ High School and Ubgun Girls’ High School. The “China-Cote d’Ivoire Friendship Classroom” was also inaugurated at the ceremony.
