Project narrative

On August 16, 2019, the Chinese Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Wan Li, held a pre-departure reception for the trainees of the training class in China. The trainees going to China this time are divided into three seminars for news media, urban planning, and diplomacy. 70 students went to China this time. Ambassador Traore, Director of the Human Resources Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Urban Affairs Nanz, and others attended the reception.
