This project was to donate teaching materials to the China-Congo Friendship Primary School (French: L'école de l'amitié Congo-Chine de Massengo) located in the town of Massengo, approximately 12 km north of Brazzaville, the capital and largest city of the Republic of the Congo. Brazzaville is located in the Brazzaville Department on the southeast border of the country. The school is located less than 0.5 km southeast of the highway national route 2 (French: route nationale or RN 2) and is adjacent to the east of the Avenue Congo-Chine. Project narrative

On January 24, 2018, Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina) and Weihai International Economic and Technical Corporation jointly donated a batch of teaching materials to a primary school in Massengo in Congo. This school is one of the three China-Congo Friendship schools (see Record ID#1071), the construction of which was funded by the Chinese government and undertaken by Weihai international. Ambassador Xia Huang attended the donation ceremony and handed over the supplies to the school. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
