This project was to donate living materials to the provincial government of Pointe-Noire, Republic of the Congo. From April 27 to 29, 2018, Ambassador Ma Fulin met with heads of local government in Pointe-Noire in Congo and donated a batch of living materials to the provincial government of Pointe-Noire. The donation aims to help improve the living conditions of public servants. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
