On August 17, 2018, Ambassador Ma Fulin donated office equipment to the Brazzaville city government on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Congo (Brazzaville). The material handover certificate was signed by Ambassador Ma and Brazzaville Mayor Okemba. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
