Project narrative

On January 30 and March 31, 2008, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed an exchange of letters committing to provide a material donation worth 1 million RMB to the Malawi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (p. 334). A handover ceremony occurred on February 19, 2009 at the Malawi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
