Description

On December 2, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Cameroon and the Cameroonian Ministry of Public Health held a reception to send off the 19th Chinese medical team and welcome the 20th. The team had 20 members, and worked at Yaoundé Gynaecology, Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital. China has been sending medical teams to Cameroon every two years since 1975. However, the 20th team replaced the 19th team, which arrived in 2018, after just one year. The 19th medical team is recorded in project #58860. Shanxi Province has been responsible for sending the teams.
