On January 14 and 17, 2020, China’s Ambassador to Togo, Chao Weidong, and Director of the Office of the President of the Togolese Republic, Victoire Tomega-Dobe, signed an agreement for the exchange of letters for the overhaul project of the Presidential Palace in Togo.
