On November 29, 2019, the Chinese Embassy in Cameroon officially donated several items to the Chantal Biya Foundation, the nonprofit foundation of the first lady of Cameroon. Among the items were wheelchairs, walking sticks, and children's toys. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
