This project was to donate supplies to severe-storm victims in several regions of the Congo Republic (also known as northern Congo or Congo (Brazzaville)). Heavy rains began in October 2019 (see source "Republic of Congo : Floods Flash Update n°1, 10 December 2019"). Regions affected by flooding are included below along with web links for more detailed locational information. Rains caused the Oubangui and Congo rivers to overflow, where the most vulnerable populations live (departments of Likouala, Cuvette, Plateaux).
