Project narrative

On June 27, 2005, the Chinese government committed, by sending a Letter of Exchange, a grant of 500,000 USD to the Ecuadorian government. The grant would be used by the government to purchase equipment and medicine for the prevention of dengue fever. Ecuador's Ministry of Public Health was responsible for project implementation. It is unknown when the grant was handed over.
