Project narrative

On December 3, 2019, China held the opening ceremony of the 2019 Ugandan Architectural Engineering Staff Professional Skills Overseas Training Course. More than a hundred people including about 90 trainees and media reporters from the two overseas training programs participated in the opening ceremony. The program was implemented by Ningbo Polytechnic Institute and funded by China's Ministry of Commerce. The opening ceremony was held in Kampala in conjunction with the 2019 Uganda Wetland Protection and Management Technology Overseas Training Course (Record ID#88233). As of the time of this training course, about 4,500 Ugandans have participated in Chinese training programs. The training is expected to last for 3 weeks.
