Project narrative

On November 16, 2018, Chinese Ambassador to Madagascar, Yang Xiaorong, attended a ceremony for the donation of humanitarian supplies to Madagascar's National Office of Risk and Disaster Management. Ambassador Yang stated that the supplies were to assist people that experience typhoons, droughts, and the plague. Specifics on what supplies were donated were not provided.
