Project narrative

The Chinese Embassy in Tanzania held a Chinese Ambassador Scholarship Award Ceremony on November 22, 2019. A total of 80 Tanzanian students received this year's scholarship. The 80 students who won this award came from the Confucius Institute at the University of Dar es Salaam and the Confucius Institute at the University of Dodoma. 40 students from each institute received these scholarships. This scholarship aims to help more Tanzanian students learn Chinese, strive for opportunities for further studies in China, and better serve Tanzania's construction in the future and promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Tanzania. The Chinese Embassy in Tanzania established the Chinese Ambassador Scholarship in 2018.
