According to ENP Newswire, 26 students from Angola's Zaire province returned on July 28, 2019, from Hefei University of Technology, where they studied under scholarships provided by Anhui Construction Engineering Group's (ACEG) Angola branch. The duration of their study is unknown. A welcome-home ceremony was held in M'banza-Kongo, Angola.
